19th Century Skirt Pink, Ivory, Brown Plaid Wool Daytime Skirt

I believe this skirt was created in the 1850’s or 1860’s. It was made of a plaid wool. It does have some scattered spots and stains. There are some wear areas and some smaller holes. There is one repair at the bottom hem. See photos. It does have a museum or collections number tag sewn inside. This skirt would be useful for museum exhibition or reenactment. It has a waist of 26 inches and it is 39 inches from the waist band to the hem. It is 146 inches around the bottom.
