Tiny Covered Buttons decorate the front that are non functional, side metal zipper, slightly dropped waistline. The padded shoulders are Fabulous, they are Over-layed with Folded Fabric which serves as a "Winged Collar" in essence, they give the dress even more femininity than it already has. Very VERY FULL SKIRT, Measures Chest to 27" (Yes, I know, so tiny), Waist 22", Free Hip, Length shoulder to hem 54 3/4", Waist to hem 38 1/2". FANTASTIC CONDITION OVERALL with exception to a faint wide spread yellowed underarm ring (I've not laundered), and a small mend at the rear left waist (pic). Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 27 1/2”. End of leg measures 6 1/4”. 10” up from end of leg, leg measures 7 3/4” from side to side.

Signatures are hard to read but I see Picasso and Joan Miro. The bottom third of the dress is solid black. The dress is long sleeved with round neckline and back zipper. The shoulders are padded. CONDITION - GOOD - A small hole/fray on one sleeve.
