This is wearable. The garter elastic still has some stretch to it. One of the garters in front is missing and needs a new one stitched on. There are a few areas of mild staining, just a little here and there at the top. I see one bone poking out. This needs to be reinforced. Some fraying of thread at the bottom hem. This bottom gridle is not stretchy. It seems to be kind of more of a fixed style. I measured the waist in the position shown and it's 35 inches, The hips measure 46 inches.
