It's also possible it was used for modeling. There are signs of wear on the inside lining, under the arms, as shown in the photo. This discoloration cannot be seen when the dress is on. Waist: edge to edge with item laid flat.
Johnny Beaded Party dress in a size Large. Hand made in India. Nothing major. Hanging tread of beads are attached to one side of the dress in the back. Could be attached to the other side, if needed, for the dress to stay more secure on the shoulders.

Cool and unique vintage day dress straight out of the 1980s. Dress is made in the USA of a polyester material and features a floral pattern, belted waist, and pockets. Dress has no drips, stains, tears, or other major flaws. The belt has some wear which can be viewed in photos. The size tag has been removed from this dress but the belt has a 12 on the inside.
