A vintage blouse by Carlisle that is a soft 100% silk. The fabric is a dark navy blue with large red roses and green leaves. It is a large scale pattern. It has a mock neck, and gold tone buttons on the left shoulder. There are also pleats on the fron left shoulder. The sleeves have zipper closures. Unlined. It is in lovely vintage condition with no holes or tears. Est circa 1990s.
