This is a long brown maxi button front dress / jacket / duster that has batwing sleeves & is from the late 1800s era. It feels like it is made of cotton that has a linen like feel to it. The sleeves sit a bit lower on the dress, so it's hard to say exactly how large the bust could fit up to.
