True vintage 1970s two piece skirt and top Terry Chicago tulip print set. Made with a poly cotton blend, it features a tie sash belt (shown in third image) and glowy, pearlescent red buttons. It is a vintage size 12 but please see measurements as that is not a modern size 12. Would best fit a small.
