Item Tag 28" stretching to 33"

Gorgeous top and skirt set comes with a belt. The top can also be worn as a jacket. Padded shoulders, fantastic bead work all around the top of the jacket front, back, and sleeves. The jacket is spot clean only. The skirt is dry clean only. Made in Hong Kong from 100% French cotton. The skirt has a back slit that curves like a petal. Please see pictures. The top has a snap closure with a beautiful beaded piece that has beaded tassels. Beads & sequins go all around the top of the jacket in front, back, and on the tops of the sleeves. Please see measurements, the outfit measures like about a medium. My mannequin is a size 4 for reference.
