This is an eye-catching 1950s cocktail dress by the fabulous Lilli Ann! The material is stunning paisley brocade in black, brown, and electric turquoise. Black velvet covers the center front and shoulders of this New Look "off the shoulder" silhouette. The fit-and-flare style of this dress can accommodate a crinoline (not included). Measurements:Gathered bust = 28"Waist = 26"Hips = FullShoulders = 17"Top to bottom = 42" The back closes with a 7" metal SERVAL zipper topped with a hook and loop. The hem has been shortened.
