Amazing condition dress straight out of the 60s polyester / nylon. White top with Navy blue, bright blue, and red stripes downward. Dress has 3/4 sleeves elastic rushed around back and top of shoulders open front with three iridescent plastic buttons.

Check out this 70s dress. It features a fold over turtleneck, sleeveless bodice and a flared a-line skirt. Has a back zipper closure. Talk about glitz and glam! It has a generous amount of stretch but note the shoulders are narrow and the turtleneck is pretty tight.
