Vintage velvet high-waisted 90s pants with zipper closure on legs. Please note, although the tag states size 29, they measure 26 inch waist, but fit more like a size 25. I generally wear size 2 in modern women’s sizing and these are snug. They are also a petite length, I am 5’2” and the length hits just at my ankle.
