Great vintage condition. There is a very subtle stain on the front (near zipper). The back of the waist has elastic, so there is some stretch. Please see the photos and measurements for more details. When laying flat, the waist measures 11 inches and can stretch to 13 inches. The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the leg) measures 28 inches. When laying flat, the hip area measures 17.5 inches.
