This is a beautifully constructed 1920's light linen tunic dress with a hand embroidered motif. The design looks to be both Art Deco and Eastern European folk art influenced. Gorgeous details and delicate lace trim. The fabric is in excellent condition and semi-sheer. No holes or damage other than a few light marks on one sleeve and the front. FASHIONED OF A SHEER SILK CHIFFON THAT HAS A SLIGHT PLISSE TEXTURE WEAVE WITH SLEEVES FALLING LONG AND HAVING A BEAUTIFUL BOTTOM BELL OPENING. DATING TO THE 1920’S. Often for proper fit, hang, and wear ability, pieces will need to be altered and/or adding a hook or snap here or there, with a seam closure or strengthening needed.

Authentic vintage 1920s cutout red fully beaded/sequined dress. Size approx. 14. Dress is lined with a beautiful gauze crepe material. Trim has bugel beads, sequins, and pearl beads. The seams are all finished, no rough edges anywhere. No zipper, no labels at all. Dress is made beautifully. Has some very minor damage where beads are loose or missing. Can easily be repaired.
