Vintage Long Black Velvet Maxi Dress by Scott McClintock. Size 4. Royal Blue Gitter flowers on top. The back is open with a button closure at back of the neck. The lower part of the top has a zipper closure. The skirt has a long slit up the back. The velvet skirt is 32" long from the waist of the dress. The slit is 13". There is no damage to the dress.
