I have a vintage women's size 5 pea patch Peplum dress. It is pastel pink with vertical stripes. Tag says 100% polyester and is a very soft very thin material. It has a cow neck. Took as many measurements in pics I could. No rips or stains. Could have loose threads. Has belt loops at side of waist but didn't come with a belt. It is missing one of the buttons on right sleeve at bottom and the other buttons feel loose. Took pics of this. Please see pics as part of description. Beautiful era dress. I have washed it but might require to your specifications to be redone. As is.
