Great condition with no noticable flaws. I love the details on this piece: - sweet bows on the shoulders - looped cream threading on the bodice - pleating on the skirt and bust - matching belt - green pansy floral print Measurements: - 27 inch waist - approx 36 inch bust when the fabric is pulled a bit outwards (I personally am a 34 inch bust and find it to be a little large for me) - 42 inches shoulder to hem
