Vintage You Babes By Fritzi Red Black Polka Dot mid-length Skirt, probably 80’s but could be late 70’s. Juniors Size 3, 24” waist, open hips. Unfortunately for me it’s too small in the waist and would look best on hips no bigger than mine (I’m 25.5” waist, 39” hips for reference) but if it fits your waist and you’ve got bigger hips, it would still look great!
