This is a vintage David Brooks skirt. Embroidered flower plant pattern. It is a vintage size 14 so it may run a little smaller, the waist band is stretchy though. Measurement from waist to the bottom hem is approximately 28 inches. Waist measures across the front at about 15 inches, but it stretches. It has side pockets. In great condition. Made in USA. It doesn’t seem very long, mid calf possibly (I’m not sure).
