Vintage 1970s–80s Silk Polka Dot Blouse | Bell Sleeves & Ribbon Trim | One-of-a-Kind A striking silk blouse from the late 1970s/early ’80s, done in ivory silk scattered with playful polka dots in red, navy, and mustard. The oversized portrait collar and bell cuffs are both finished with a wavy red ribbon trim — a small detail that gives the whole piece a couture-costume touch. Button front with sculpted red buttons, fitted through the body, and a soft scalloped hem. This kind of collar-and-cuff detailing was everywhere in late-‘70s/early-‘80s ready-to-wear. Very french designer. This has no labels so I can’t be certain it is designer but the quality and details feel as so. pieces like it are genuinely hard to find in this condition today.
