DATING TO THE 1920’S FASHIONED OF BLACK FISHNET WITH DROP WAIST HAVING THE SKIRTING FALLING FULL AND WIDE BENEATH WITH A ROSETTE TIE AT THE LEFT SIDE HAVING A LARGE DRAPED TAIL. THE INNER TOP IS LINED IN BLACK TAFFETA WITH THE NECKLINE PIPED IN THE SAME. CONDITION: A HALF INCH SEAM IS OPEN IN THE SKIRTING WITH SMALL TINY EDGE FRAY TO THE UNFINISHED NET OF THE BOTTOM EDGE HEM.
