VTG 1970’s Rhoda Lee Polyester Neck Tie Blouse 12 Paisley Ruffles Dark Academia Chest - 40” / Waist: 40” / Shoulder to shoulder: 15” / Length from bottom of collar to hem in back: 23.5” / 3.8 oz Lovely vintage button up polyester blouse with neck tie. This has ruffle detail at the cuffs and neck. It's in an interesting black with a brightly colored paisley design. I wish this was in my size as it's quintessential 70's secretary with a secret vibes. There is slight vintage wear and threads here and there but it looks nice for it's age and use.
