Beautiful 1940's, maybe early 1950's, ivory Dress has a Dupioni Silk skirt and an Alencon lace bodice. Skirt hits mid calf. It has a sheer material neckline that can either be removed or easily replaced due to damage. This dress was handmade for a lady to wear to a WWII banquet for Pearl Harbor survivors, as her husband was there during the attack. There is one stain near the hem on the front that I pictured with and without flash so it could be seen in different lighting. It could possibly removed but is not very noticeable unless you are looking for it. Measurements were taken over the top of the material so they are approximate Bust 39 waist 30 hip 39. This would be an amazing wedding, reception, mother of the bride dress, or for any special occasion.
