Vintage Blue and White Dress circa 1955

A True Vintage Blue and White Dress circa 1955. This dress the style of dress favored by a lot of the women in the 1950s. It is a store purchased, one owner dress but it does not have a manufacturers or designer label. The fabric feels like it's cotton but it could be a cotton/polyester blend. The stitching inside the dress shows that it was not made by today's standards as there is a lot of extra fabric and thread. It fits very small, not a today's size 12. I would estimate that this dress fits a size 6. There was once a white belt with it, but it has been lost over time. This dress has been greatly loved and gently cared for over the last 70 years and has no observable flaws.
