Has a thread pull near right bust and left side waist area and hem area. Loose threads on drop waist seam. Buckle has dull areas. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit 19”, natural waist 17 3/4”, drop waist seam 19 1/2”, shoulder to hem 41 1/2”. The way they made it to look cool.
