Just In Thyme LTD Vintage 90s Floral Two Piece Set Blouse Skirt Women's Size Perfect 90s style with large shoulder pads, fitted waist, and a peplum “ruffle” top that has fabric colored buttons up the front. Vibrant colors! The skirt is an all around elastic waistband that stretches to 20” flat. It has a kick pleat in the back. Neither are lined, and there are no pockets. Fabric is the perfect weight. Good clean with no flaws that I can find.
