This listing is for a vintage y2k black velvet blazer from Bisou Bisou by Michele Bohbot. It has a three button closure, with two buttons at the sleeve cuffs. It is quite long (~32” from shoulder to hem) and could even possibly double as a mini dress with opaque black tights. Very chic and unique!
